It's September alr!!
Received a couple of gifts for Teacher's Day.. Ha.. So sweet of the kids.. Manage to catch
The Final Destination 4 last week. It's e same old story plot in every series.. Watch only if u really enjoy seeing pple getting into unrealistic accidents.
Anyway, with new proposals/projects coming out, I think September is gonna be another busy month.
This year, I'm so busy that I dun even have time to help Irene in her V-conference. Oh well, no choice. Next year, perhaps..

Oh my.. It's August alr!!
Well, well, well.. August is good..
Coz first of all, it's the nation's birth month!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SINGAPORE!!
Haha.. Gotta do this now when I still have the luxury to blog coz I’ll probably be too busy with the major event I’m handling on that weekend to even notice that it’s a PH on that day..
Ok, secondly.. August is an iconic month for XBB & I coz we’ll be officially a year old (in term of r/s years, that is). However, we’ll have to bring forward the celebration a few days earlier due to work.
And since August is so significant to us; I’ve utilised the last Monday of July to get ready for OUR MONTH by clearing up my past, something which I want to do to make XBB feels more secure. The process was surprisingly not difficult considering that it was my first attempt clearing more than 50 over letters/notes/cards/gifts etc in a few hours.. I’m someone who do treasure things, but I guess certain things gotta be let go in order for a better future for XBB & I. I hope XBB will be happy with my progress and feel more secure by now.
Moving on, work for me is slowly accelerating up the slope as I am given more opportunities to explore new aspects of the business (great news), however, I really hope the compensation issue can be settle ASAP and as amicably as possible. Anyway, I’m prepared to move on if I have to. It’s definitely not a rash decision, but a calculated and careful one.. Shall see what’s the conclusion tmr..
Something lighter now.. I finally brought XBB to watch
Transformer last week.. Kinda draggy as what most of my friends had told me.. But overall, still good in terms of the graphic.. Dunno when will be the next time both of us have the time & energy for a movie.. I hope not too long too.. =P
Alright, that’s about all I’m updating for now..

Ok.. I'm so glad that it's still May coz I'm finally here to blog.. Not too bad la, I guess..
At least I'm blogging like once a mth??! HAHA..
Alright.. Shall stay focus in updating my stories..
The last week of April was very eventful for me..
The
Zonal and Nationals bball games had come to a beautiful completion & I was so honoured to be present at the Finals. Ard the same time, e
inter-constituency TT tournament was also on-going & I got to officiate for it. Great for me!
Another event that called for a celebration was my success in one of my job interview. The GM was so impressed with what I have that I was offered the position on the spot, something which he shared that he had never done b4! Great! Finally got to work in a position that combines two of my favourite industries. COOL!!
Highlights in May till date
- Went MX’s baby’s 1st bday party w XBB
-Started fencing classes
-Went cycling @ Palau Ubin
-Got my 1st Gold card
-Went for Muay Thai trg and here are the movies I’ve watched since the last post. Not too many as I was pretty busy.. =X

Haha.. ok.. here to update my blog finally..
Back frm
BKK trip .. One word: FUN!
Can say that we r pretty lucky that our vacation was not ruined by the political unrest in the area.. Everything went pretty smooth, we get to go all the places we planned to go & overall had a very wonderful time eating & shopping over there..
Start work immediately the day after we came back. Super tired, almost couldn't keep my eyes open.. Spent the weekend resting & slacking..
Yest was
Ben & Jerry's Free Cone Day.. We went Vivo & got our share.. YUMMY!!
The queue looked long, but I think we got it within half an hr or shorter.. LOL.. Quite a good deal since it's our 'off' day & we got pretty much nothing to do..
Informed some friends abt this event, but most said they dun like ice-cream.. So.. too bad.. ^.^
Alright, I better turn in soon.. Actually, was too tired that I rested after dinner till abt 11+, so now still not too sleepy yet.. But, gotta try, coz tmr need concentration for work.. So, gd nite, everyone!!

Ok.. So much abt V-day in the prev entry.
Now abit more abt my life excluding V-day celebration. Basically, I'd been busy with my umpiring job & referee course for this month.
So busy to the extent that someone complained that I din have time for her. Not that true lah..
Coz if I'd a full time job, I think I wld even be spending more time at work than now, rite?
Nway, despite my heavy schedule, I still made time out to acc XBB & family for a day trip to Muar/Batu Pahat & also went for my dental appointment (OUCH! more to my pocket thou.. LOL..)
And guessed what? I finally get down to what I've been planning doing for YEARS!!
YES!! I went running the other day @ the stadium!! & even acc my parents in a game of picker ball..
My 1st time playing & gosh, I've to admit, it's actually quite fun!!

Rebel Alright, now for Feb 2009 highlights.
Now, for many pple, Feb is most significant to couples because of Valentine's Day!!

Well.. Call me cynical or what.. I admit that I'm one person who is more practical than romantic, & personally felt that V-day is just an overly-exaggerated day which is carefully made use of by merchants to mark up prices & gain more profits!! Trust me, if u pull 50 couples who were busy celebrating V-day (aka generously “donating” $$ to “charity”) & ask them abt the history of V-day, I bet more than half of them have TOTALLY NO IDEA or even heard abt Saint Valentine!!
XBB & I had a talk abt this issue on V-day itself. LOL. I’m glad XBB understood my point of views. Nevertheless, we went
Wine Affaire to chill out after dinner & I gave XBB a heart-shaped balloon with a cute bear picture a few days after. And XBB was so delighted & surprised by me. ^.^
Now b4 u comment that I din follow what I preached earlier, let me say this.
The balloon was not a gigantic one u see couples carrying ard on V-day itself (those cost loads & will deflate in a matter of weeks & all u left is a piece of aluminium wif a string, pumping it wif Helium again cost u more $$), on the contrast, mine is a cute little balloon & to show my sincerity, the balloon is blown up by me too. XBB was very amazed by this, coz I actually showed it in front of her. ^.^ And trust me, it’s really not bought at a marked-up price. =)
Ok.. I'm gg out now for lunch @ XBB's work plc..
