It was 2.30pm when D asked if I wanna join him for a movie in town.. I said "Sounds good as long as I can make it on time for my nite class." So we wenta checked & the only time slot 4d show he wanna watch that suits my timing was at 3.30pm.
Which means we ONLY HAVE LESS THAN AN HR TO REACH TOWN!!! GOSH!! and my dear old fren still wanna rushed down to d interchange to buy DONUTS for me first.. hehe.. so sweet of him.. but it oso means he took 2 cab rides - 1 down to buy donuts and 2 to d cinema.. Woah.. Nway, I was lucky to be able to flag a cab shortly aft I went out, so I reached slighlty earlier than D and bought d tickets.. Then we rushed into d cinema to watch
Vexille - a Jap animae abt d isolation of Japan and one guy's insane proj to wipe up d entire Japan population by d creation of human androids.
I tot this wld be another animae wif a 'destructive' theme, boy was I wrong.. I actually TEARED towards d end of d show coz of the romance and fighting spirit involved, and oso the sad fact tat these 'pple' will die eventually.. The graphic & music were great too.
Overall, thumbs up.. I truly enjoyed this movie..
Tried a mushroom swiss hotdog & beef lasagna set for dinner.. Not v nice thou.. Then I've to rush off to meet T for awhile b4 going for my class.
